Took my mom to the doctor's and noticed when I got there I had a rug wrapped around my tire ..This nice young man name Kenny greeted me, took the time and cut the rug out without me having to wait to put it up to get it out..Thank you Kenny

Les Schwab rocks!! My TPS warning light came on today. I was in panic mode because the pressure kept going lower with each mile I drove. I was heading to an 8 am appointment on the other side of town. I had to Google a tire repair location fast since I was from out of town. I drove to your location @ 7:10 am and realized you didn’t open until 8 am. However, a very kind employee came out to assist me. I believe his name was Milton. He aired up my tire and sent me safely on my way. He put the “C” in Customer Care. Les Schwab is now my go to place for any tire issues. I am telling all my family, friends and foes about your exceptional service. You are the Rolls Royce of tire service. Kindness is never wasted. Thank you kind Sir.

My wife and I were on the way to a wedding rehearsal traveling through Olympia on I-5 when my front brake calipers failed. I called this Les Schwab due to their proximity and they said they could fit me in and hopefully get us on our way! We arrived and they completed the job in around 40 minutes. The bill seemed a little high but they got us rolling again and that’s what matters. Thank you Les Schwab!

Had to pull in off the highway as were heading back home to Canada. They took care of us in under 1 hour. Patched the tire and had us on our way at no charge. Great service from everybody at this location especially Kaylub! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!

I was hauling my horse trailer with 2 horses in my Toyota Tundra from Bothell, Washington and heading to Wilsonville, Oregon when I got a flat tire on the truck. The temperature said 96 degrees out and the drive was already just choas with traffic and the heat. I pulled into Les Scwab on Tumwater and their customer service is beyond any sort of help I have ever had. I was worried they may not be able to help while I had animals on board. They changed my tire and had me on my way within 45 minutes. I have been a Les Scwab client for the last 8 years and have never had anything but the absolute best service from them.

Want to give a shout out to this location for great service! Got right to the root of the problem in one of my tires, part of a screw. They fixed it for free and had me on my way within 45 minutes. Thank you for making that so easy and painless!

Wonderful staff that's always ready to assist with a cheerful attitude. Clean environment, even seating outside to enjoy that elusive sun. Reasonable prices. The staff here have gone above and beyond for me many times over the decades. Mitch is doing a great job with his crews.

I took my car down yesterday (5-20) to schedule an alignment. The young man was very prompt running out to greet me. I told him, I lowered my car and need to schedule an alignment. He said to speak with the front desk. I went in and spoke with the receptionist and told her, I had lowered my car and want to get an alignment scheduled. She said no problem we can get you in tomorrow. I said great. Drop my car off today (5-21) and speak with another receptionist and she asks if there is anything the technician should know about why I need an alignment. I again say, I had it lowered and want to get it squared up. No less than 45 minutes later I get a call from the technician saying he can't work on my car because it's lowered!?!? I went to pick up my car and expressed my displeasure with my experience. The gentleman I spoke with said we can't see a car through the phone. I mentioned I physically brought the car to the store. He asked if I mentioned it was lowered. I told him that I told the receptionist I brought the car in for an alignment because I had it lowered. He apologized that some how that must have been missed. At this point I was over it and told him thank you for wasting my time. I will never go to that place again.

Arrived to the store and on other the mechanics runs from the bay to my car I had just parked and waited for me at the driver side door to get out of my car asked what I need to do then demanded me to go check in even tho I had just parked 30 seconds ago and lied to me about my lugnuts saying that they didn't fit there tools and had to hammer it on even though they were not using the correct tool or showed my the inside and it was definitely one that didn't fit my lugnuts, and said they had a ceramic coating on them that was bulging, but lugnuts dont have ceramic coating? so never going here again cause none of the mechanics know how to use or buy tools better then a 5 year old
