“I drop off my Amazon returns to this location every once in a while and the staff are always friendly and moving quick which I appreciate. I called today one minute before closing after coming in with 7 Amazon returns (they were very patient as I looked up each QR code and taped the boxes), and Matt answered even though they were closing in a matter of seconds. I was worried one of my packages didn’t scan because it wasn’t reflected on my Amazon account but the other 6 were, and it was an expensive item, and Matt was very friendly, patient and helpful. Thank you Matt! I’m sorry for bothering you late on a Friday but really appreciate you taking the time to give me peace of mind. I wish everyone portrayed the same level of customer service as you do.”

“Very pleased with my experience at this location. I had a difficult situation with needing a lot of passport photos, and even though I made a mistake in my order they were able to help. Remade all the photos and cut them by hand to accommodate the needed size. Went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct size. Awesome people and amazing customer service!”
