A little pricey in comparison but the staff is super helpful and kind. They love animals here(even though I kind of don't like my dog, my wife made me get her) they helped me as a novice dog owner get situated and are great.

Love this store, my last visit I was looking for bowls to slow down eating and pumpkin powder, which I found on my own. No one greeted me when I came in. The person at the counter, never came out from behind the counter until I asked if there was more than one bowl . They didn't end up having two. So I bought the powder... read full comment

Mud Bay Tumwater store has amazing employees! I went in for the first time and everyone was so kind and helpful. Customer service was outstanding! Brandon & Sam were the two people that made me decide to get all my pet supplies from this store.
