Been picking up treats and toys for my pups since tumh2o store opened. Went in this week looking for 2 20' leads for my westies. I asked for some help looking for them and got lectured that a 20' lead is irresponsible for walking a dog and unsafe and leads that long are not stocked for safety reasons. Well this person needs to join me and the pups in the great outdoors! I have no problem keeping pups under control. I just walked away from employee shaking my head. After wondering around in store there were 20' leads hanging up for sale. Well after being lectured I did not purchase. Frustrating so Amazon order being placed.

A little pricey in comparison but the staff is super helpful and kind. They love animals here(even though I kind of don't like my dog, my wife made me get her) they helped me as a novice dog owner get situated and are great.

Nice place to shop for sure. Today I was there and I got a lot of goodies for the cats w, toys , canes food , two big bags of dry food and other stuff , the guy was nice but when I checked out the blond young girl was totally unfriendly and unprofessional. She needs to be retrained for sure.

Love this store, my last visit I was looking for bowls to slow down eating and pumpkin powder, which I found on my own. No one greeted me when I came in. The person at the counter, never came out from behind the counter until I asked if there was more than one bowl . They didn't end up having two. So I bought the powder and left.

I came in with several questions today about my new pup, and I wound up working with Faith. Faith was the most kind, caring & understanding individual I have ran into in a store like this in such a long time. They made sure to go through all the details of why some products are safer than others, and helped me find everything I wanted & more :) Faith was extremely patient with me & was not bothered by my questions or need for help. Great service, and I will absolutely be returning for all my pet needs & questions :)

Mud Bay Tumwater store has amazing employees! I went in for the first time and everyone was so kind and helpful. Customer service was outstanding! Brandon & Sam were the two people that made me decide to get all my pet supplies from this store.

Places like this make Olympia feel more like a small town. A healthy selection of food for all the furry friends but everything feels like quality products from smaller companies. Friendly staff who always offer help carrying out the 50 pounds of food for my wolf pack.

I love Mud Bay! Ive talked to them, I know they look out for us. You're not going to get a dangerous item for your fur friend here. They are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. I've done business with multiple sites, always the same attitude. Jazz definitely approves

I met Lisa from the Tumwater store when I was in the airport traveling alone with my "special needs" cat and way too much luggage and I was very stressed out. She saw the carrier and asked about my cat and she was so friendly and understanding and helpful. I had never heard of Mud Bay because I had been living in another state. When I mentioned that I liked fostering animals and wanted to do volunteer work she told me about the organizations in the area that might interest me and she told me about Mud Bay and that there was a store in the area I was moving to. The travel experience was awful but talking with Lisa was a bright spot. She found me again in the baggage claim after the flight, again she was so kind, and when we parted she sincerely told me that if I ever needed assistance with my kitty to call her at the Tumwater store. What a wonderful representative for your company. I've since been to my local store, and read about your philosophy online, which perfectly matches my experience with Lisa. I am now all in with Mud Bay!!! P.S. Prices are great and I love knowing that anything I find in the store is going to be top notch and good for my animals.

First time in this store and I was impressed, I'm not buying pet anything from Walmart or Freddie's again lol. So many options and every bit of everything you could possibly need for any pet. Pricing was also great.

Wow!! This store is so cool!! This was my first time in a Mud Bay store and I was literally blown away by their selection. Tons of quality products for dogs and cats. I love getting freeze-dried and healthy treats and food that has human grade ingredients. Really cute sweaters and toys and supplies for all sizes. Plus, the store is clean and well organized.
