“Found my new mechanic! Professional service, clean facilities, easy to work with, competitive pricing quote (which they actually can in under) and everything happened exactly as they said it would. Not sure what more you could ask for.”
“I can’t express enough how amazing these people are here. Especially Anthony and John. They took care of me and made me feel so much better. Weight lifted off my shoulders. I also left a post on fb cause there that amazing and I will keep continue to come here. Thanks everyone at Olympia AutoWorks”
“So far I only got an inspection and quote for getting up to date with necessary maintenance for my 2007 Honda Civic. They were professional and clear about what needs attention for safety compared to other things they recommend, and they did not recommend that I get $750 work done that a national chain had suggested I desperately needed. I knew I needed tires and was very relieved when they offered 4 mid-level all-season Toyo tires with a good warranty for the same amount as the cheapest quote I got from the national chain for just 3 tires that were not as good. Im scheduled to get all of the work they recommended done this week and I will be sure to update this review if needed.”
“Great service!
Brought in my F-250 truck for a transmission service, and they did an outstanding job. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and had the truck ready on time. Everything runs smoothly — highly recommend them for quality work and great customer service!”
“What a great team at this Jiffy Lube. I was so impressed with their customer service and the work they did for me. As a employee safety professional I was also impressed with the safety protocols I observed them following with their counts and call outs. I will be a returning customer when I am in WA.”
“Haven't used Jiffy Lube in years (for no particular reason other than getting service elsewhere), but it was time to try them again.
Glad I stopped in! Appreciated the friendly, comprehensive, and efficient service from the team (Tyson, Tanner, Austin). Thanks!”
“Friendly staff were training a new girl and did a decent job only problem didnt have my oil had to run and get then charged 172.60 for a simple oil and filter change on a gas truck!”
“Highly recommended! Incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly responsive and helpful. My vehicle was immediately taken back to get looked at by one of their technicians who was able to resolve my vehicles issue in a very reasonable time.”
“In a world where local/neighborhood businesses, retailers, and service oriented neccessities for daily living are dwindling down to a bare minimum, it’s hard to find honesty coupled with great work. Especially when looking for a great mechanic to service my beloved 1989 VW Westfalia full camper. Recently and with a long backcounty overland trip planned… I needed the new Bilstein HD shocks, 25mm HD swaybar, that I had already purchased and in my possession installed. When I explained the somewhat dire need to get the work done before my leaving date… Lindsay (office mgr) at Pete Lea’s was super nice and squeezed my Westy in their busy schedule and the work was done with great expertise. I have great gratitude to Pete, Lindsay, and Pete’s crew and have had more work done on my beloved Westy since and I highly suggest Pete Lea’s Automotive. ?”
“Awesome team. I’ve been to many automotive repair shops in town and Mike’s is top notch h. Honest and reliable. Most of my coworkers go there as well.”
“I was very impressed and happy with the service / alignment department. Avin was experienced, professional and honest. It's kind of a long story about the way my brother passed and I acquired the truck that was being serviced but Amanda and Avin were empathetic and provided me with everything I needed to know to have a safe lasting relationship with my vehicle and scheduled service intervals with their service department.”
“I was so happy with the service at this Jiffy Lube location! Very kind people who are well qualified. They even cleaned my windshield which has never happened to me at an oil change! I was in and out of there within probably 12 minutes. Thanks to the team for such great service!!”
“This is one of my brothers family shops. Hawks Prairie Automotive is great and they have a great team behind their name. They got my car back and running and i’ll always go to them for my vehicles.”
“My dad bought a ‘72 Super Beetle from Pennsylvania and it needed a fair amount of work that was beyond out abilities Jordan who worked on the car and the team did an excellent job and now we’re able to enjoy this fun little car! 10/10 highly recommend taking your german ride there.”
“Courteous friendly staff. Did inspection check of lights and blinkers. Made sure to clear vans computer reminding me of need to change oil. Quick service. Very satisfied”
