“Very pleased with my experience at this location. I had a difficult situation with needing a lot of passport photos, and even though I made a mistake in my order they were able to help. Remade all the photos and cut them by hand to accommodate the needed size. Went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct size. Awesome people and amazing customer service!”

“An oversized photo image (greater than 8x10") was submitted for scanning and it was completed in a timely manner (same day). When I returned to pick up the scan they "tweaked" a couple things for me while I was there. Very professional and polite. Would definitely utilize their services again.”

“I drop off my Amazon returns to this location every once in a while and the staff are always friendly and moving quick which I appreciate. I called today one minute before closing after coming in with 7 Amazon returns (they were very patient as I looked up each QR code and taped the boxes), and Matt answered even though they were closing in a matter of seconds. I was worried one of my packages didn’t scan because it wasn’t reflected on my Amazon account but the other 6 were, and it was an expensive item, and Matt was very friendly, patient and helpful. Thank you Matt! I’m sorry for bothering you late on a Friday but really appreciate you taking the time to give me peace of mind. I wish everyone portrayed the same level of customer service as you do.”
“I went in today, late on a Saturday afternoon, needing to have some programs printed for a Celebration of Life/memorial gathering tomorrow. Even though it is the posted policy that copying is not done on a now while you wait basis, Liam did make my copies after I waited a few minutes for only one person who was ahead of me, and Liam was happy to do this copying immediately. Within 30 minutes after I walked in the door, I walked out with 60 stunningly beautiful color copies with photos that looked just like the originals. Quality of the print was excellent. Liam's service was pleasant, easygoing, congenial, helpful and very efficient: he is good at his job.
It improves my quality of life to know that I live near a place like this Office Depot where I can walk in and get beautiful printing done for a fair price and walk out in half an hour after waiting my turn. Liam's skills include high level proficiency with making his machines work fast and well, as well as high level interpersonal communication customer service skills. --- Five stars!”
“I dropped in to send some packages for work, there was a rush of other customers and the customers being assisted when I walked in had quite a few packages so it was taking time for it to be processed. I just wanted to say Daniel, the employee working had the best customer service I have ever seen. Despite a long line, he welcomed every guest and addressed their needs, very efficiently multi tasked, and even was able to take a phone call while helping through the whole line. It's rare to see somebody with an amazing work ethic and he did a fantastic job helping everybody very promptly with courtesy and care.”
