“UPS Stores are independently owned and tend to either be great or terrible - This is a great one. I had a UPS box here for a year and even though they are always busy they hustle and process everyone quickly. The parking next to them gets full during rush hours (like when school gets out) but it's on the side of the massive Lowe's parking lot so there is always somewhere to park.”

He is a great neighbor to have and someone who genuinely cares about the state of downtown. He commonly works with several local businesses and does what he can to support other owners in the area.
He is also someone who cares about what really matters: public safety and potholes.

“I came to FedEx after a discouraging experience at another print shop, and a simple, respectful interaction here completely changed my day.
I am a Vietnamese immigrant and still improving my spoken English. I have been challenging myself to handle more everyday interactions on my own instead of relying on my American husband to speak for me. This time, my husband waited outside while I went in alone.
I explained that I wanted to print just a few personal thank-you cards from a finished PDF. The employee listened patiently, understood what I was asking for, and helped me without making my accent feel like a problem.
Because of what had happened earlier, I even asked him whether my English was difficult to understand. He told me he had no difficulty communicating with me.
That may have seemed like a very ordinary interaction to him, but it meant much more to me that day.
For someone learning a language in a new country, confidence can be built—or lost in small everyday moments. Being treated with patience and respect makes it a little easier to speak again the next time.
I was so touched by the interaction that I left without even asking his name. I wish I had, because he deserves to be recognized. I hope he somehow sees this and knows that something that may have felt routine to him made a real difference to someone else.
Thank you to the employee who helped me, and thank you, FedEx. You helped me print a few thank-you cards, but you also gave me a little more confidence to keep speaking English.

“Our graphics came out totally awesome it’s exactly what my daughter wanted. The only negative I have to say is the cuts were not the greatest some of them weren’t even fully cut so I had to finish cutting them. Shipping was super fast. Also we placed another order and i have emailed them three times asking where our order is or if they had any tracking up dates and no reply. So thats kinda of a negative too. But hopefully it comes through so we can order graphics for three more bikes. Over all super happy and all that matters is my kiddo loving her new graphics.”
