It is described as one of the nicest branches in the system and a favorite place in Tumwater where it is easy to lose track of time. The library is a colorful and beautiful space with a notable statue and inspirational decor that sets it apart. The dedicated staff are beacons of care and support, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. They are consistently noted as helpful, great, and phenomenal, providing very educational service with warm smiles and genuine concern. Their passion for fostering a love of learning is commendable. The library offers a treasure trove of knowledge with a pretty good selection of books, movies, and resources for all ages. Amenities include computers, copy machines, and a valued scan machine. It provides discovery passes, games, and puzzles. While shelves are sometimes noted as less than half full, the library can request items from other locations. It is a safe haven for reading, working, and discovery, holding a special significance for many as a sanctuary for learning and community.
