Very pleased with my experience at this location. I had a difficult situation with needing a lot of passport photos, and even though I made a mistake in my order they were able to help. Remade all the photos and cut them by hand to accommodate the needed size. Went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct size. Awesome people and amazing customer service!

I had a few large Amazon returns to drop off at this location and was fully prepared to struggle boxing them up in store. Luckily that wasn’t the case! Janet was very helpful and measured my items, rang me up for two boxes that were much cheaper than I expected, and they’re going to do all the boxing. You really can’t ask for better service. Thanks again Janet!!!

I attempted to return a item from Amazon at this location. This is the closest location to me abd it is 23 miles one way. I arrived 30 min before they opened. The location opens at 8am. I waited until 838a, the longest I could because I needed to travel back to my town to work by 915a. They were still not open, no one inside and the UPS store 800# couldn't provide any help. Very disappointed because gas is around $4.10 a gallon for me so I wasted gas and almost 2 hours of my time.
There should be a # for the store manager or regional director posted for situations like this.

Still closed at 9am on a Monday morning
Many people coming and then leaving because of this. If you’re supposed to be open, then be open….good way to loose business.

Needed a copy shop to print black and white documents before a meeting. Quick, in and out in under 15 minutes. Staff is professional, & was providing great customer service. Working with customers to get what they needed printed. While there, the phone rang and they answered quickly.
Emailed documents to the store's email address and they printed them no problem.
Level Sidewalk entrance. Wheelchair accessible.
5 to 10 minutes from Downtown Olympia. Opened at 8am.

Tumwater UPS keeps losing my packages if I could I wouldn’t even use them, but I don’t have a choice when I purchase something from my website stop losing my things. This time they lost my medicine

Very helpful staff! Went there on a busy Sunday morning and had multiple Amazon returns, the staff had me in and out within 5 minutes. Grateful to have great customer service because I know how challenging it could be.

Having used this UPS Store previously for Amazon returns, I always found the staff members to be courteous and efficient. This time we needed their notary public to certify a signature on a document related to a recent death in the family. Mr. Kafando was both compassionate and exceptionally helpful in providing a level of service above and beyond our expectations. Highly-recommended!
