I received my mail despite two digits of the street number being. The error is recognized, noted on the package, and the package has been delivered.

I send items via depop, the last 2 packages i’ve sent got delivered with nothing in them, so I had to refund them. My package was packaged securely and yet this has been constantly happening. The people at the front are always rude to customers and always have a bad attitude.

My friend went in to ship me a headset, he used depop and everytime ive used it to sell stuff the workers always scanned the barcode i provide and print me a label and I can use the boxes all for free, but when my friend went in today, a lady with no name tag was being very rude and denied all of it and said he needed to do it all on his own. unacceptable service.

Maybe change the closing time on the door and Google to 4:30 if that’s when you’re going to close.

Went today for a drop off and employee clearly had a bad cold.Sneezing,runny nose.With all the respect put her wear a mask.Im against mask but sometimes is a must,especially in a small closed space as this post office.

I just came in to do a Free return to North Face. Korean looks like employee shortly told me that I have to buy the Tape from Customer Supplies and tape the package myself , because they don’t provide “ these type of services…” Surprise !! Another post offices do ! Will never come back to this post office … bad customer service and rude Post Office worker …

The staff here are pretty helpful. The lines can be long or nonexistent depending on when you go on. The drop off drive through box is fantastic. Great location.

I am in shock.Pulled in to use the drive in drop off yesterday, and the drop off box slot is unreachable from the car window!I pulled ahead a few feet (Much to the annoyance of the car behind me) got out and walked back to deposit the mail.I would like to meet the brilliant postal employee who designed this "drive through" set up.Your tax dollars at work.

I ship nearly $30,000 a year with this post office and they complain and fuss over me taking 10 medium flatrates because our business shipment of flatrates are still on the way. Its not like they can't order more and we aren't driving an extra 30 minutes round trip because they are too lazy.
