Waited 40 min to get my prescription. The lady working the window was super condescending when I asked her if I could pick up medication here that was incorrectly sent to a different location, she was just awful throughout my whole interaction with her. I recommend finding a different pharmacy.

By far the slowest and rudest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve been given the wrong person's prescription, waited in line for an hour, then had them be very rude when I try and ask when it will be ready. If anyone is reading this, please avoid this location. This store needs to fire everyone and start from scratch. I’m not even kidding.

I waited through line twice today, once for 15 minutes (it wasn't ready, even though it said online it was), once for 40 minutes. I get home and they only gave me a partial refill and didn't inform me at the window. This place was great 5 years ago, but the past few years, the quality has substantially decreased. I have officially switched to a different company.

I would definitely advise getting prescriptions and vaccines or anything anywhere else besides here. If you try to schedule a vaccine, you’ll be sitting waiting for at least 30 minutes passed to your appointment time, and they take a very very long time to fill prescriptions, if they even have it.

They’re incredibly slow. My prescription was sent in the day before I went to pick it up in the afternoon. When I arrived, they told me it wasn’t ready and to come back at 5. I returned by 6, and they still said it wasn’t ready — that it would take about another hour and a half, even though they close at 7. They also mentioned there was a chance I wouldn’t get it until the next day because others were “ahead of me.” Unbelievable. This just happened today, on 10/15/25. They even had like 6 people working at the counter. 👎 👎
This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this location. I once brought my daughter in for a scheduled vaccine appointment, and they didn’t call us back until 30 minutes after our appointment time.
This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy in my entire 45 years of life! Super unfriendly, & unprofessional. The workers seem absolutely miserable, and shouldn’t be allowed to treat customers with zero kindness or compassion. Absolutely mind blowing how terrible this pharmacy is

If you want the wrong medication or none at all on the day of surgery due to thier claim of being understaffed ( which is whose fault?) then this place is for you. If you can't do the job then..shut down and quit pretending you can.

Guy didn't know what he was doing at the western union. Kept telling me my number is wrong and I showed the receipt screenshot payment etc. Next day went to another western union and they had no issue. This guy should have never even wasted my time honestly.

This is THE absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever encountered, and we’ve lived in a lot of cities in a lot of different states. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s consistently been terrible. Medications submitted that same morning aren’t filled until days later, the drive-thru experience 8/10 times is awful. You’re VERY lucky to get a decent interaction with the staff. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, a management issue or lack of awareness issue, but this pharmacy is incredibly awful and something needs to change. I’d rather drive 20-30 minutes out of my way for quicker service and better interactions.
