Even though they were trying to close up and start there weekend they got right on my car replaced my tires with some excellent tires and gave me an awesome price knowing I was on a low budget. “Jesse was amazing! Helped me look up and purchase new rims for my fj. Only gave it 4 stars because this was my second time coming in due to my first encounter was not the best. I had an appointment and showed up but they then told me that ordering products online from their website is on back order and I would have to wait for them to call me when they arrive. I asked if they hire someone just to tell people that when they come in after being scheduled online and he said sort of. And that they can't fix the back order issue on their website and people will have to pretty much waste time out their day. But, hats off to Jesse that knows how to interact with the customer base! He needs to teach everyone there how to better interact with their customers. Jesse deserves a raise for sure. And the rims look great! Thanks for your help Jesse!”
“I’ve had issues with my tire sensors aging. I called Firestone and was quoted over $600 for parts and labor to fix 3 of them. Les Schwab on Plum got it done for $170. I won’t be going anywhere else for tire help ☺️

“Made an appt with Les Schwab through their website, super easy. Took my car in for a problem but they weren’t able to fix it, they tried to help but it need to be dealt with through the dealership. They were honest and did not charge me for this service despite spending time to help diagnosis this problem. We will definetly be coming back to buy our tires and future services with this site.”
