“I was a drop in customer at the Tumwater, WA Les Schwab, with a low tire pressure indicator on. I was quickly acknowledged and checked in. My request was for the tire to be checked. A nail was found in the tire. It was able to be repaired. Pressure was checked in all tires and rear brakes were inspected. I was back on the road in a reasonable amount of time, with no charge. I will continue using Les Schwab for my brake and tire needs.”
“Got there just before closing needed front tires replaced badly . Told them I was on a low budget but needed two tires on the front of my car badly . Even though they were trying to close up and start there weekend they got right on my car replaced my tires with some excellent tires and gave me an awesome price knowing I was on a low budget. “I purchased 4 tires online and stated I wanted tubes installed because the wheels were spoke wheels. After I dropped off my tires I found they had not ordered tubes to be installed.After I picked up my tires the first day I had two that were flat due to no tube. After reintegrating dropped Ft the tires and advised I wanted tubes installed. When I got up the next morning two more were flat. I told them again and they finally installed tubes in all 4 tires plus the spare.
They should have known that with wire wheels a tube is required. The customer service was great with the exception of this issue.”
