Fix your stupid drive through ATM. No reason a woman should have to use a walk up ATM at night for WEEKS because it’s been down. I saw another lady have to do the same thing after me and another customer struggling at the drive in. Definitely not solely affecting me.Edit: a week later, 1/14/23, and still not fixed. Left a note this time that can help.

I like the credit union and never had any issues until I decided to visit this particular branch. The teller was completely despondent and uninterested in my being there. Not sure if it was a case of the Mondays or the individual had just received some terrible news - in either case, they should not have been serving customers. No hello, no pleasantries, and upon handing me my cash while avoiding eye contact entirely, no goodbye nor acknowledgement that the transaction was complete was said; the teller simply sat there staring at their computer screen.

I want to say thank you so much to this branch they’re always so nice and kind.A special shout out to Melissa Mena she was able to help me get into my dream car. She’s also always so kind and helpful whenever I go into the branch. Always goes overboard to give the best customer service!

When I didn’t know what my loan options were, Christopher assisted me every step of the way and guided the process so I never felt confused or uncomfortable. To the entire WSECU staff, thanks for all of your care and assistance!! You reminded me some experiences are better in person.

I went to this branch with an odd request...I'm traveling out of the country and needed money that was 2013 or newer, not torn or written on. Bre & Melissa went out of their way to accommodate me... they helped me look through over 100 one dollar bills and were so nice and friendly. I commend this branch on their wonderful customer service. Thanks again you two!!

I use to love this place however now their service an hours leave a lot to be desired. They seem to be closed for every opportunity including at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Everyone else was open due to the snow but they were close.

After 8 years this bank has fail time and time again. They are way over capacity and cannot handle their number of clients. I have been trying to get somone on the phone for 7 days.
