1) They don't wear masks.2) Often rude to the customer3) Do not stand behind their products.They do have a lot of things we might need for a project. Hopefully the things don't break prematurely or are defective because you will not get a refund.

Drive to Winthrop Ace. This do it is the worst. Over filled store with Rude employee who doesn’t want to help find items. I’ve tried several times over the years but no more. -1 star!

Our sea kayak rudder cable broke. The guys at the store came out and suggested a quick fix and let us bring out the parts to see what fit. They were super friendly and helpful.
