If you’re not able to do what you say, just say it! Don’t lie. First it was Wednesday and Thursday and Friday, then at 500 pm Friday. I quarantee Saturday! So now it’s Wednesday the following week. No Show, if you run a business it’s pretty clear they’re not into it! I hope Ferrell gas who owns it does some house cleaning. I guess this generation isn’t into their Word! Spent dollars and time because their driver can’t drive. If you have. CDL it’s requires to know how to chain up in conditions. I drove out in 2 wheel drive, hope ownership can come clean!

Pretty dissapointed In this company. Called to get a bid for two houses. They only visited one. Estimate came back and we confirmed it. Wanted to get the work rolling. New propane tank. Tankless water heater, Shop heater installed.$6100First the propane tank needs to be 25ft away and we need to dig the line for the underground pipe. Alright. Can do the digging. No problem.Second. They don't do plumbing. Which they never mentioned. So now we would need a plumber to get a water tank installed. That your charging to install and not function check? Which means I have to remove the old one too....No thanks. Cashed the deposit check no problem though. What the heck are 14 man hours doing if I trench and pull the tankless???? Throwing flexi pipe in the ground and throwing together a handful of fittings? Mounting a tank your not plumbing?Let my neighbors know who wanted to see how my Two homes went. Glad i could save them the hassle and headache.Needless to say this is some shady outfit out to con people for as much money as they think they can get, run by someone who clearly has no grasp on customer service or communication. A management course could benifit them.Update.Other options were significantly cheaper, 10x more customer service oriented and honest.

Couldn't give a zero.Called to get a quote for propane service, a tank, wall furnace, oven and installation.Mike was supposed to come out on March 29. He called instead and said he didn't need to come out. He could see what he needed for aerials. We talked a bit. He said he would get me a quote in a day or two. After a week, April 5, I called him and left a message asking what was happening. Today,I called the main office number and spoke with Jennifer. I explained that situation and she said she would look into it. She called back and said they were have trouble getting equipment availability. I stated that Mike should have called and explained that. She proceeded to tell me that I should look elsewhere and she hung up on me.This, in my opinion, is extremely poor customer service.

Very friendly, prompt, and neighborly service! They filled a tank for our orchard’s wind machine on short notice before a cold night and likely saved a large portion of our crop. Very thankful for their service and dedication to fellow local businesses.

They are great. I was traveling through town and they gave me the small obscure part that I needed. You got to love small town service. People that are faithful in the small things are usually faithful in the big things
