Do you ever have a day that just goes wrong and then people pop in and make everything on? Overheating, on a family trip, towing a boat. This amazing company pulled my truck in, short staffed, and diagnosed the problem. They did the best they could to get me back on the road (Friday at 4pm). Friendly and familiar is the best way to describe them. Amazing service and amazing staff.

Well, I am new to town, and called this place looking to get maintenence services on my Tacoma; a vehicle inspection, brakes done, tires, any other maintenance it would need. I spoke to Tina. Upon hearing the word tires (I had no clue what the specific services are, which is what I was calling about, their website is just a facebook page) Tina immediately cut me off and became extremely irritated because they dont do tires. I was very taken aback by how angry this woman got and I apologized to her on the phone and she just hung up on me? My wife was sitting next to me and even she was shocked at how horrible that interaction was.

My Jeep broke down while visiting family in Twisp. The owner happened to be in during the morning of a day they were closed, he was there finishing up some work before the heat set in (108° high that day). He was willing to pause his work and use his scanner to see what codes were being thrown. He suggested what part to replace and how to most easily go about the repair myself. I was able to complete the labor, with his guidance in mind, in about 20 minutes.

The people who run this place are incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. I know nothing about cars, but the lead mechanic explained what was going on in a way I could understand it. Schedule is pretty booked but that's just how it is everywhere right now - -they seemed like they really cared about getting me on the schedule.
