“We had an unfortunate and dangerous situation when we arrived in Winthrop with my 2006 Silverado. Brian and his team went above and beyond to safely correct the situation with little to short notice. They shuffled their schedule to ensure that we had a safe vehicle to drive back across the pass. I cannot praise him and his team of qualified technicians for the exceptional level of service and care they provided. I highly recommend this Les Schwab location for doing the right thing and correcting an unfortunate situation. Thank you so much for your care, knowledge, friendliness and perseverance to get us safely back on the road. I will always be a Les Schwab customer because of this and many other positive experiences.”
