We were traveling in a van and stop by to get gas, 5am, March 29 2025, and the cashier refuses to open the restroom for 2 of our friends, even we were filling up almost $90 in gas. We were traveling from Utah, very rude cashier, so be aware to stop by in this gas station

Store is garbage. Having an employee let the person before me into the locked restroom (a woman) and then tell’s no restroom after 10pm was ultra annoying. “OK. Here, need to turn in this scratcher and put it on pump 6” “No lotto after 10pm. I never do it. That’s the rules for me when I work”.
In case you were wondering, in order to have the lotto at your store, you have to accept ticket cash ins until midnight. Used to work for the lottery. Definitely going to report this. When this store was taken over by the new owner it was supposed to be a breath of fresh air! It got cleaned up inside, the riff-raff was kept out…. Just looked bright. Jokes on anyone that thinks that! Everything in the store is more expensive, employee is lame and rude unless you’re a woman, etc. Just go next door to Circle K! Way more polite, better prices on everything!! Matter of fact, head right over the overpass and go to Winco where everything is SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER!! Stop supporting these junker businesses that treat you poorly with your money! Make them earn it! We have choices on where to give our business, choose wisely. At no point in buying Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for $10 a good idea unless it was a convenience, you know like a pit stop off the highway to use the restroom and grab a few things. Can’t do that here, so sorry!
SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! This is a 2 star store for a reason.
To the owner, teach your employees how to carry themselves with dignity & respectfully, how to use their brains and make very simple decisions. Don’t want druggies in the restrooms? Cool. Let regular folks in. Employees thinking they can get loud when a customer is asking polite and simple questions will definitely end up being a very big problem when the wrong person is in the store.
I’ll be avoiding this place like the plague it deserves to be treated like until I hear of outside change. I’ll be posting on all my online platforms as well to let everyone in the Yakima Valley know exactly what kind of business you’re running and most importantly, my good old 886K followers on TikTok are definitely gonna hear all about it. Matter of fact, gonna make a side by side of how I’m treated versus my beautiful wife and show everyone exactly what to expect at the trash that is the Valley Mall AM/PM.

There was a employee I believe his name was Derek and he gave me the best customer service I have ever had he went above and beyond the call of what a clerk does. I want to express my gratitude towards him and let whoever the owner of that store is know that he has a a high caliber employee there, I believe Derek is a transgender and I think it is great that his supervisor does not discriminate

My husband was accused of stealing last night 1/13/23 around 11pm, he went in to get some pacíficos beer they didn’t have some so he walked out. Then the cashier walked out and asked if he stole and he said no, he was about to tell her what he went in for! But she started shouting over him saying I know you stole lift up your shirt and he told her no I didn’t take anything! She then said I’m going to call the cops. This is so crazy and embarrassing for him! So if you guys from am/pm check the cameras you guys are going to see he didn’t take anything! What was he going to steal some CHIPS??!

We stopped at the Valley Mall Blvd AMPM in Union Gap, WA this morning. This is the filthiest AMPM we have been to, starting with the parking lot. There was trash, oil and spilled unidentified liquid in all the parking spots. Inside the store, the floor was dirty, all the counters need to be cleaned, several machines were out of order, 3 coffee pots were empty as well as the coffee condiments. Before writing this review, I called the phone number given for reviews and the person I spoke with gave me a different phone number to call, which I called only to be told to call the original phone number again. No need to speak with anyone, just clean your store to make your customers happy.

I'm giving this place 1 star. The star is for the fact that the machine printed out my receipt at the pump so I didn't have to go in. Otherwise I would not have anything positive to say about this place. First off my low rating comes from the fact that this place is an ARCO gas station! I stopped here on 6/22/2021 for gas on a motorcycle. They charge an extra 10 cents for using a Debit/Credit card. There were no clean/stocked paper wipes or squeegees with relatively soapy water for use! So I'm paying extra $$ for a whole lot of extra Inconveniences! If I compare this stop to other gas stations, the only convenience was the receipt printing at the pump! Even the location is inconvenient! RECOMMENDATION: Keep stocked paper towels and squeegees with soapy water ready for use. Especially since people are paying more $$ for the fuel price on top of other inconveniences...

They gave me the wrong recipt ( Business expenses) . I tried calling the number on the recipt and the number per google both where WRONG I do not live local and cant reach anyone I'll never go to that station again

Bad costumer serviced and expired merchandise, double check what you buy before you buy, They asked me for receipt but they do Offer one how could I have one than? Morning shift needs improvement lady was on her cellphone texting while helping costumer nope never coming back here again.

If possible it would have been a zero me and my fiance walked in to get nachos the workers just looked at us greeted us then we tried to put the cheese on our chips and guess what no cheese!! We still had to pay for it a warning would have been nice! It's not hard to say hey we dont have cheese spent $3 on tortilla chips what a waste!!!!
