Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Showed no interest in selling a car or negotiating. Knew nothing about the vehicle. Plus vehicle wasn't even looked over by a mechanic before selling and way over priced highly not recommended. More like an auto disconnection if you ask me.

Won’t Return. Customer service was non existent, sales team showed very little interest in actually selling me a vehicle. Won’t accept trade ins that aren’t to their liking. Just not very cooperative. Wanted 4500$ for a 10k Nissan that Valley Nissan is selling @1,2 Not good competition at all. And just not very nice. Would rate 0.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Ever since I called, the man acted like booking an appointment for him to come in and show me a car was a hassle. I show up to look at the car, and he goes inside completely unavailable to ask questions. After the test drive, I noticed a light on the dash and shaking in the vehicle. After that, we made an offer and he responded in a angry manner that we should’ve told him over the phone that we were going to offer less because that was wasting his time and I was making him be at work when we could’ve been home. I told him that we couldn’t make an offer on a vehicle we hadn’t driven and that if he didn’t like the offer he could’ve simply said no rather than go off on my family about making him be at work. Definitely a man that had no customer service skills and does not know how to hold a civilized conversation let alone do business.

My family called about viewing a vehicle at this lot. The man on the phone was inconvenienced from the beginning. Once we arrived he disappeared, not allowing any questions about the vehicle to be asked. The vehicle we test drove shook when we hit the brake, my parents decided it was an easy fix and made a 10,000 offer on this 12,000 vehicle. The man began to be rude and disrespectful to my family stating that our vehicle was not even worth 1,000 and that we were a waste of his time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. If I could give this business zero stars, I would.

I do not recommend wasting your time and money here. This dealership doesn’t even have a mechanic to check what can possibly be wrong with a car. At least that’s what they told me 3 months after buying a car here when my car started to encounter transmission failure. You’re better off going to another dealership with actual mechanics.

Whent to see a truck seems like they have absolutely no knowledge on their vehicles. Customer service was no good I had cash for the vehicle but decided not to even buy because they sucked on salesmen.
