Woke up this morning to car trouble, turns out it needs a new alternator! Called BILKO Towing because they had the best price in town to have it towed to the mechanic’s. Mike got there quick (less than 20mins) and did an awesome job loading my vehicle. Mike was friendly and had great customer service! I would definitely recommend BILKO’s to all. Fast, friendly, and professional service!

My son locked himself out of the truck and AAA sent a text of a 90 min eta, 1 min later i got a call from Troy that he was on his way, he made it in 10 min. Thank you Troy !

I ran my Car off the road and Bilko towing came to my rescue. Beau from Bilko was dispatched and he was awesome. He was great about calling me with updates, so I never felt like I was forgotten. After arriving, he quickly connected my Car to his Truck and winched me out of the mud in under 5 minutes. I would personally recommend Bilko Towing to anyone who needs roadside assistance and I will definitely use them the next time I am in need.

Shout out to the hell of a stud Beau. Came and rescued the danger ranger after the cops it wasn’t road worthy enough to keep driving. Even delivered it with style. Only tow truck company I’ll call when the feds keep me down.

i’m not even sure if i have enough good things to say about Beau. after being stranded on the side of the road for almost 8 hours, he came as a backup tow truck and made sure i was safe and had proper instructions as to what i should expect. me and my dog had an easy ride home with him, and he has the same taste in music as me so it was even more enjoyable. thank you beau :)

Got stuck in a ditch in the middle of nowhere in the dead of the night, called them and they arrived in no time and pulled me out.
I didn't even know where I was but they sent me a text message with a clickable link that sent them my gps location.
The price was fair. Thanks for being up late at night.

Mike from Bilko towing rescued me and my truck from no-man's land on I-90 and took me all the way home to Kitsap county. He was extremely careful with my vehicle and efficient. After a very trying day, it was a comfort and a blessing to have Mike's prompt, friendly expertise.

I hope you don't need a tow truck, but if you do, these are the guys you want to use. When my steering and brakes suddenly went out, my call to Bilko from a country road was answered immediately by a friendly, efficient woman who promptly dispatched driver Bo. Besides safely transporting my vehicle, he did some quick roadside troubleshooting during which he was visually able to determine that it was not a broken belt. He had a hunch based on my explanation that the alternator was out. He expertly loaded my car onto the flatbed, explaining the steps to my captivated son. Bo filled out the envelope at the night dropbox with his roadside diagnosis so the shop was that much more quickly able to get me checked in the next morning. All this for a fair price, too. Highly recommend!

I've never left a google business review, good or bad, in the 14 years I've had this account until I experienced the professionalism and kindness of Bilko Towing. I'm certain all employees at Bilko are exceptional but if your driver is Kris expect a service in which there is no comparison.
Kris pulled up and aligned his truck in less than 20 seconds on the shoulder of an interstate so that when the bed was pivoted down it was only 2" from and square to my trucks front tires. His truck was extraordinarily clean and his friendly demeanor and conversation made the 234 mile trip home with him quite possibly the highlight of the vacation we were on.
Kris, YOU DA MAN! Once again, Thank you so much for getting us and our dogs home safely and comfortably!

Bilko Towing is the best towing company I've experienced hands down! Two times I've used there service and both times were great! The drivers and the receptionist helped me out a ton! Beau pronounced "Bo" and Scott who recently towed my car done an amazing job and you can tell they were experts! They took good care of my Evo and any future towing I need I hope Bilko can come get me haha.
