Rudest staff ever, worker was completely arguing with me and my wife and was not trying to satisfy or treat the customer at all out of all of my years and even years working retail I have never experienced such atrocious behavior from a store! Definitely will not be coming back to the Claire’s in the Yakima/ union gap mall ever again and the general manager will be notified of this poor treatment of me and my wife! All we wanted to do was just replace my daughters earring that was lost even after the told us that we had a lifetime warranty on them and even had the paperwork and receipt. The manager was elusive and would not talk to us either! If I could give zero stars I for sure would.

i got my ears peireced here and I finally waited 6 weeks to take them out and I did last night. MY EARS CLOSED IN??? I may be a kid but I do know these earings were not it.

I took my daughter today to have some earrings put in and the salesperson deceived me, she gave me the cost of the piercings and when it came time to charge me, she charged me more than what she had initially told me. I don't know if they get a commission for the sales they make, but that would explain why that woman deceived me.
The amount they overcharged me was about 25 dollars, it's not much but what bothers me is the deception they resort to to make sales.
He didn't tell me her name, but it was the girl who has tattoos on her arms.

Really bad customer service. My 2 year old’s earring broke less than a week after getting it pierced. We stopped in and the Manager Riley disappeared and the store associate tells us they won’t replace it without the slip that was given to us. So we went home to get the slip and come back and the manager disappears when we walk in the store and the same associate then tells us that we needed the receipt as well and the manager refused to come and speak to us. She finally reluctantly agreed to give us the missing earring but what a poor experience. I have daughters and we go here all the time. Not no more

Unfortunately ear piercings are a hit or a miss. One side came out great, leveled out and no issues with healing. The other side however was done by a different person and she had no clue what she was doing. She hesitated and ended up pointing the piercing gun downward, didn’t realize until later when I came time to try to put my earring back in.
