Called them over and over again to talk customer service and the Robot did absolutely nothing. Didn't help in one bit. Your drivers need to learn to drive. Was on the freeway and disjnt have their lights on in the middle of the night and was going 5-10 miles over. You guys suck. Get better. Answer the phone you ain't doing that much work to not have someone answer the phone.

My package never even made to my property. The signer was not my name. They just deliver packages anywhere they want to. So I am not using FEDEX ever again. No more.

Live in Cle Elum on a hill. Driver Thomas Charles hiked up our snow and ice covered street over 100 yards carrying two heavy mirrors because his van couldn't make it. Unbelievable customer service!!!

Proof that FedEx drivers are not delivering your packages to your door and randomly dropping it off for you to find. Apt complex residents are playing hide and seek daily trying to find their packages... this just occurred today.
Here's a video just waiting to see what happens and going down to verify this claim. Vehicle plate from today's deliveries for your convenience.

These clowns have spent the last 4 years throwing packages at my porch, no knock, no doorbell. Ignoring all requests for required signatures.
Now all the sudden signatures are needed again, you weren't home at 10:30am, sucks to be you! I'll leave a unmarked door tag bounce.
You requested it be held at location? That's cute how about I return it to sender instead???
The app is garbage, packages arrive damaged, inconsistent delivery times. Fedex has gone to hell. Will avoid using at all costs.

The WORST shipping experience I have EVER had. My $500 package was signature required. FedEx lost it for a few days, and when they tried to deliver it late, there was no one to sign for it at that address. Nothing myself or the shipper tried to do to redirect the package to an alternate address where it could be signed for worked. Dozens of phone calls to FedEx Ground, some I was able to get through the automated AI to a real person, each time was unhelpful, rude, talking over me and they hung up on me.NEVER will I ship anything with FedEx again, and any orders I place will always now include a note to use any other shipping service that is Not FedEx.

The FedEx in Union Gap has been taking care of my packages for years. When my orders come in I get called right away, and I pick up my packages at the station. I want to thank David especially, as he always make to let me know my stuff is available for pickup, as he understands I need my products for my business. Thank you!

They keep saying they make a delivery attempt but no one has ever showed up. No way to call the office to make an attempt for pick up. My package is stuck going back and forth in the truck for no reason. Better off re ordering under usps shipping and actually getting someone who can read a home address off of Google maps. 2023 and people can't figure out what a house number is even when Google provides you a photo of the homes.

I had delivery yesterday, very unprofessional driver . He handed my son the box after scanning it. He took his phone out and took took pictures of my son as he walked away with the box. My son was several feet away from him and didn't know the driver was taking pictures . I saw him through the window And said why are you taking pictures of my son? The driver said I always do that to show I delivered . He said you sign for it or I scan it.Taking pictures ... Is this a policy? Why was the driver not advising the person he will take pictures to prove delivery? so why not take pictures as the box is handed over and advise he does this to prove delivery.The driver became belligerent and defensive. When I asked again why are you taking pictures of my son? His body language and stance became aggressive his tone was hostile. He thought he wasn't heard when he said..next time I will make you sign for itI asked my son when he came into the house did you sign for it? He said no that guy scanned it..We never had a problem before with deliveries. We have gotten packages through Fed Ex before. We order Alot online. Get packages delivered from UPS and US post office. All friendly and professional.We live in a rural quiet area.I wonder if this driver has prejudices or preconceived ideas of people in this area.This driver was unprofessional, he did not represent Fed Ex well at all.Very disappointed customer.

We made sure we were home as we had to sign for this package. Apparently the driver knocked on the door instead of ringing the doorbell. The door is attached to the garage. You can’t hear the knocking in the house, but he isn’t smart enough to use the doorbell, idiot.
