Nick has been my driver for the last week. Has shown up on time and has no issues with the couple min wait to move vehicles around. Very polite and respectful.
I also worked with Dean upon arrival for the drop tank set up. Dean reached out to me before I even got on site about the time I needed him the next day. Great customer service.
As a whole I would give ferrellgas 5/5.

I'm a Ferrellgas customer in Cle Elum, WA. .y first encounter was wonderful, my second encounter was also wonderful.
The third time ⌚ didn't go well, I emailed Jan, my Ferrellgas representative for a price and a fill up last November. I didn't get a reply from Jan or anyone else at Ferrellgas..
I called for a price and a fill up in May of this year, I got an automated voice system instead of a real person. The price per gallon was $3.51, I'm like everyone else, price conscious, I felt the price was to high, I went with your competitor out of Ellensburg.
I own my 500 gal tank, so I can shop around. I do like Ferrrllgas, it hasn't gone well the last two encounters

Dean provided us with outstanding service. He kept us informed throughout the whole process of setting up a new tank, answered many questions, helped us check an alliance we weren’t sure about and even offered to drive an hour out of the way to help with another question we had. What a great person to represent the customer experience of Ferrellgas. Oh yeah, the prices were great too! :)

So I am looking into installing a propane cooktop and gas fireplace and had contacted another gas company. After being transferred 5 times to the wrong person I decided to look elsewhere. I have so many good things to say about the professionalism and product knowledge of the Ferrellgas employee I spoke with but don't have enough characters to do so. If you want service choose Ferrellgas don't waste your time going elsewhere!
