Very bad customer service
Factory defect on stitching on inside of shoe
Wore a blister on foot
Took back next day would not take back because they had been worn so could not resell-
why would you resell a defective pair of shoes?
Asked for customer service corporate number and hung up on me
“Manager” said yes he felt the defect but it would hurt his store if he took them back-
I guess that matters more than the customer.
Need retraining or new people.
I would say new people needed
Obviously won’t shop there again.

The manager and the cashier said that I can't buy anything without an email. Really ???

I was over charged for gifts and when I tried to get it fixed in the store. They could not help me. They gave me customer service number , I called it but was put on hold for a very long time then my call hung up on me. I called again and was put on hold. So I'm just disputing the whole transaction.

Went in a couple of days ago and I found some shoes I liked asked for my size and he said we should have some. Waited for a minutes and no one ever came with the size I had asked.

Honestly I had a weird experience I walked in looking for a new pair of shoes and asked them for a woman's size 7 and they gave me a boys youth size 7 and they fit kinda big on me and it made me a little upset that they gave me a BOYS YOUTH shoe and not a woman's but it was also supper packed and they could've js gotten things confused and I am to socially awkward to go get a refund so .

Customer service is horrible. No one greets you if they have bad blood towards you. Manager doesn’t seem to care what his employees do. Curly headed guy just stares and doesn’t help. Find a better staff. I felt welcomed 2 years ago. Sucks now ??

The store and quality is very good, but the service of the young workers is terrible, irresponsible young people serve poorly, they should hire people who pay more attention to customer service.

No one greeted me when I walked in. I wanted a shoe size and again no one acknowledged me. I had walk to the front counters to ask for a shoe size. I waited and waited to get the size and they put shoe box on the front counter assuming I’m paying already! I guess nobody felt like I deserved to look at the shoes 1st before I would buy them. When I wanted to pay they took forever to give me a gift receipt. Guy with the curly hair was saying how d*** one of his coworker is. Very unprofessional I love the shoe diversity. I can spend up to $140- $300 for shoes! Next time please acknowledge everyone most of the guys were just flirting with the young girls. I heard a whole conversation about I’m single and I’m ready to get married from one of the workers.. ?

Worst customer service experience. The girl was so slow ringing up and folding the clothes. It was physically painful to watch. There was 5 people in line and 1 person on the register. And the receipt printer was not working.The other guy was just walking around.
