While on vacation, caught a screw in my truck's tire. Leaking fast on the freeway. Found the nearest tire shop which happened to be Frank's Point S. We got there with less about 20 psi left. They immediately cleared a bay and got to work on the tire repair. In about a half an hour, we were back on the road and free of charge. Awesome service. Stress free despite the near emergency. Professional attitude brought piece of mind. Chill staff made the experience welcoming.

Here is a business that still believes in stiving for excellent customer service.and making sure everyone leaves happy. Frank's Tires works really hard to make sure they're customers leave completely satisfied. Frank's Tires is honest, when I came in thinking this was my problem, they let me know it was something else. They even went as far as showing me what the actual issue was.
You don't find a lot of businesses now a days that still believe in this type of customer service. You always feel like you are family and are important.

I highly recommend this location if you need some assistance with your vehicles tires. I did arrive with a complaint of losing air in my tires ( not first occurrence). I have a class C motorhome and the gentleman helped guide me to park my vehicle for service. They removed my tires and checked both of them along with repair. I recommend this place for fast service, knowledgeable, and great customer service! Very friendly staff and an easy location to pull into. Thank you again for all of your help today and helping me prepare for our upcoming road trip!!

So I've had tires studded here before. It was $25 a tire. I've talked to these guys twice this past week about studding my tires that I was waiting to be delivered from online. They said the same thing twice... $25 a tire. Then when I showup with the tires and ofcourse the old bait and switch. Says I didn't buy the tires there so its $35 a tire now lol. First of all studding is sudding no matter where the tire comes from. Franks point S has a reputation for this type of bait and switch, i just hadn't experienced it until now. Hit Joel's tires guys. When they quote you even if they are wrong they stand behind their word no matter what. I shoulda went there to begin with. Its not a matter of the $40... I just don't deal with liars and shysters.

My pj trailer Had a blowout on the highway and these guys tracked down a rare tire size and wheel for me and made it happen. Thanks guys

A few years ago my ac unit in my truck went out. Went to franks the service tech said that since I bout the kit from them it would have a lifetime warranty. We'll I need a recharge which I'm happy to pay for. Was told by Jesse who was outstanding and gave great customer service. The condenser well need to be replaced sometime down the road. I had them check at the desk and no warranty is there. So I guess don't trust people at their word

I have had 2 interactions with Frank's Tire and both were stellar!
I purchased my tires from Frank's via McKenna Motors, who had been doing car repairs for me and noticed I was in need of new tires very soon. They installed the tires from Frank's and it was no hassle whatsoever. The following morning, one of these brand new tires was completely flat. I took my car straight to Frank's to have them take a look and, no questions asked, replaced the tire. I thought for sure I was going to have to prove I had just bought these (via McKenna), show paperwork, give a good song & dance but no. They were quick and so easy to work with!
Just this past week, I had a screw in my tire so I made my way down to Frank's and again, I had A+ service! They got me right in, rotated all 4 tires and sent me on my way quickly and at no cost. They didn't even take down my last name! I just told them what my problem was and they took care of it! As I was in their waiting area....waiting....I watched all of their employees take phone calls and walk-ins and helping each one kindly, respectfully and quickly. I'm needing my brakes replaced soon and this is where I will be going as well as for all of my future tire needs. I can't say enough good things about Frank's!

Absolutely recommend Chris here!
We were on a trip to Yakima and our car broke down with overheating issues. We asked the tow service to bring our car here, like an hour before the shop closes. Chris ordered the repair parts the day and got it fixed early the next morning (even as the second day wasn't his work day)! Saved my trip!

Had a front tire losing air.
They, had us drive into the bay and they removed the tire and found no punctures, they found that the tire was not sealed into the rim and they cleaned it up and replaced the tire and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes.
Thank you for finding and fixing our tire and getting us back on the road quickly.
I would recommend this place to everyone.
