Guitar Center is a store with a great amount of instruments on display, which is amazing. There are lots of guitars and bass guitars to choose from, with multiple full walls of them and amps fully displayed. Customers can test them out with help. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they play the instruments really well. They offer lessons. One employee provided excellent customer service, was polite and helpful, and answered all questions. Another experience with mail order featured quality packing and great service. However, customer service is not always up to par. On one visit, the counter people did not seem to want to be very bothered, and groups were ignored even during a large purchase. The counter people did not have extensive knowledge about what to get a beginning player, though they knew replacement strings. The store is good looking and products are awesome and great, with warranties available. It is not the only place in town, but some customers liked it the best.
