The store in Union Gap, WA is always a complete mess in their children's department. Toys and clothing are thrown on the floor. Never can find a particular size of clothing cause everything is in a huge pile on the middle of the table. Can never find an associate to help.

I'm not a huge fan of the Union Gap JCPenney any more. I enjoy shopping all of the different departments and they usually have some good products, but it's not what it used to be. It almost looks like the store is going out of business. The merchandise is really sparse and the quality is sub-par. The racks of clothes and shelves are far apart and only about half full. The store itself is relatively clean and it is rarely crowded.

Had the greatest experience with Christine. She helped me out a ton in the jewelry department. She was amazing! Don't shop here very often but she was amazing and helpful. Will be back for other items I loved.

I want to thank your employee Christine. She answered my phone call after asking what I was looking for, she took my name and contact # to call me back. I was happy to hear she had the item I was asking for. She even had it at customer service for me when I got there. She went to ring me up and mentioned the surprise extra discount envelope to give additional % off. That's going the extra mile for the customer.

Union gap location , saw this lady today walk out with a ARM full of clothing in hangers & tags. Did not pay!!! Security youth male was doing who knows what looking down to either a cellphone or who knows what, standing by the corner of the doors. I reported it to him, he did NOTHING and was scared to even say anything because he knew he wasn’t doing his only job to stand by the doors and actually pay attention to people walking out and not be texting on his cellphone. Some of the staff are super rude. For example I came in today and asked if they had any of the new olaplex or kerastase haircare. The worker looked at me like I was an idiot and said, " Olaplex is more of a salon thing If we carried it I would know about it and be all over that." I told her Sephora has carried olaplex for several months now and she just continued to look at me like I was a lying idiot. Its just sad when I as a consumer am more up to date on the products that

Something needs to change here. I used to be so familiar with the ladies working here and always felt welcome. They knew me and I knew them. It was awesome. Well, WHERE DID THEY GO? I needed help with an allergic reaction and one of them would’ve atleast had a better idea as to what would help me. Poor girl who helped me yesterday was the only one working. Like, are you really going to be that cheap?! This Sephora is poorly stocked ALWAYS and has pulled the last straw with not having enough employees. Can someone just open a Sephora store with a new manager and team??? Sephora in JCP is crap. I’ve been going here for years and I am starting to go to Ulta now. Which feels like a Walmart for makeup but whatever.

I would just like to say that this store in comparison to Kennewick is in the Negatives in my book. NEVER stocked on popular products and that’s because I keep coming EVERY week driving 30 miles to not find ONE item I came for. If I wanted to order it online like I’m ALWAYS TOLD I would have done it at home!! I spend hundreds in make up every visit I make to Sephora, but not anymore!! ULTA has been getting my business because I never find anything at this location of Sephora and ULTA is always stocked. I’m sorry, but you guys need better inventory management.
