Second time not fulfilling the curbside check in after wiaitng 20 minutes. If not able to fulfill curbside check in, they should indicate that when checking in or prior to you heading to the store.

This is quite literally the USJC penneys. I have ever been in every. Time I go in. The stop me on my way out, saying I'm stealing. Although I've never stolen anything and I've always had a receipt for everything that I have and I mean once or twice as forgivable but they have done this literally 12 times now.
I think they need to stop wasting your time. Probably me around when I have money. And start paying attention to those that are actually stealing from them. I thought prejudiced in like eighteen something

I Went today 10-14-24. I was there when they opened the doors and as I walked back to where the ladies bathroom was I couldn’t believe how dirty the floors were and clothes laying on the floors. The ladies bathroom was dirty with toilet paper laying on the floor and the dressing rooms had crap all over the floors.
I won’t be back. Online orders only!!!

Terrible selections, no customer service, mismatched shoes in the boxes and couldn't find the mates. Store felt deserted. Difficult to find assistance anywhere. Waited 25 minutes at the jewelry counter and never saw a single person to help. I WAS going to purchase a jewelry set. I just needed a simple dress, black shoes and wanted earrings and a bracelet. I settled for an ok dress, shoes a half size too big and no jewelry. To top off my horrible shopping experience the associate did not use my $60 rewards or the extra % off for using my card or even the sale prices, then she had the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchase a bag to carry out my items.

Nice store. But really, they should have a few more checkers on at the same time. I really dislike the long lines when everyone wants to check out at the same time.

I was shopping for men's underwear. They were out of the ones with the color assortment I wanted in my size. The clerk supposedly ordered what I wanted, but they sent the same thing already in the store.

Store size and location are perfect. I had a gift to return and they made it easy. I was able to turn around and get something comparable, finding it quickly. Although there were plenty of options I could have spent more time on deciding if I needed to. Friendly staff, highly recommended.
