“I had a gold chain that had broken near the clasp and needed desperate fixing. Luckily I found this gem of a store.To start, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted me at the counter as if I'd been there a hundred times before. When I presented them with my problem, they were more than happy to help. They took my gold chain and quoted me a very reasonable price. They got to work immediately and within the next 20 minutes, my chain was back together and looked good as new. I've never seen a jewelry store do same day repairs like that and usually it takes over a week to get your stuff back. This was a treat and im happy I found this place. Telling all my friends that this is the place for any jewelery repairs from now on.”
