Friendly people and great prices. Other than a bit difficult to locate due to being off the beaten path a little, thus far I have no complaints. Was pleased to find that a lock was provided and awaiting within the storage unit upon arrival. Appears safe and secure.

I would describe my experience with the manager at this storage as disappointing. Her unwanted remarks on our packing process of sensitive lab equipment was not only uninformed but disrespectful. At the end of our move she decided to charge us for removal of the lock even though she misplaced the key. I rarely take the time to write a negative review, this case merited so.

I've rented from them for over a year almost 2. They were recommended to me by a few family members. They have been great so far. As soon as we called they set up a meeting and we got a unit the same day. Fair prices there have been price increases but understandably and they always gave fair warning. I've never had a problem with them. They keep the area clean. I've never had issues with gates or locks. I've already recommended many times.
