Beautiful store with beautiful employees! Everyone is super sweet! There's a wonderful lady in cosmetics who has worked for Macy's for years and years. She is priceless! Always enjoy her professional knowledge in every inch of the department!

Came here for the first time and the environment was way dirtier compared to other Macys. Wasn’t very welcoming and manager was rude.

Leave it to this corporation to send you a bill of interest charged after you closed your account.
That said I don’t plan on using Macys again as even the automated system makes getting to customer service just awful. Positive note “Marge” in Customer service is a rare rose in a garden of weeds.

I had privilege of experiencing the best, most helpful young sales associate, Star, at the Yakima Macy's yesterday. She was exceptional in assisting me by bringing clothing options into the dressing room so I didn't have to try on, get redressed, leave the dressing room, find a different size/style, return to the dressing room to do it all over again. She was absolutely delightful; one of THE BEST experiences I've had at the Yakima Macys in years!! Thank you Star!

Went to men's dept, to kill some time while my wife shopped, very helpful and sweet girl helped me and when wife showes up ended up with 4 new shirts, caitlyn is a sweetie!

I was so scared when the shooting was going on I was right beside the glass seen what was going on got down on the ground real fast that was the scariest thing I ever saw I'm so glad the guard took him down and he's doing good
