I needed a bed & I was able to get it the same day. I’m happy I purchased from this business. Josh was amazing he is very helpful & answered all my questions , he was very knowledgeable & knows what he’s doing. Loved the customer service & a great experience overall & very happy customer.

I’ve been to this store twice now . Each time I’ve left with their product extremely happy.Customer service is excellent, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this store to any one. Not to mention military discounts.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Depot USA in Yakima, thanks to John! His deep knowledge of back, neck, and spine support, along with the latest mattress technology, was incredibly valuable. John’s kindness and willingness to educate me about sleep and mattresses went a long way in making my visit enjoyable and informative. On top of all that, we were able to stay within a the budget we wanted. If you’re looking for top-notch service and expertise, I highly recommend visiting this store and speaking with John. A 5-star experience all around!

If you think you’re safely investing your money due to a warranty provided , think again. This store has you thinking you will be taken care of but to only pass you on to a phone number of the manufacturer of which mailbox is full and leaving their customers to fill out a long list of to do’s and send it to an address . Hmmm here we go again. I wouldn’t recommend this mattress store not only because of the provision of warranty but of its products. After 2 years my mattress springs collapsed. If you don’t think that’s bad when you go to get a warranty provided you better have the ability to take the pictures the manufacturer requires or again you will not meet their requirements

This is such a nice mattress store. They have a variety of options for every price point. We got a great mattress even though we had a very small budget to work within. It was for my daughter, but I sneak in and sleep on it, too. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent experience! Thank you!
