We bought 4 Doctor’s Choice Plush beds and on the day of pick up, graciously accommodated us by letting us purchase 2 area rugs that we needed asap to get on the delivery truck. We haven’t used everything we bought as these items are for a new house that we haven’t moved into yet. The exceptional quality, price, comfort and durability seem on par with reviews. “I am editing my review with an update. About 3 days after my phone call i received a call from Paul, a regional manager, who actually sold us the setup to begin with. He stated that they were willing to honor the original agreement but that he wished we had called him personally with our questions about the exchange. We went in a few days later and ordered the king sized mattress with no issues. I received a call the next day to inform me that the order had been placed and in less tha a week i received a call that the items could be picked up. I am happy with our purchases the mattress and base seem to be great quality.
My biggest frustration lies in that this could have been avoided with a bit of better communication between employees or at the very least notes on file for the purchase. I understand that the employee i called was doing their job and stating store policy, if he would have given me the number for the person who originally sold us the mattress as I asked him it wouldn't have left me feeling so frustrated.
I was also asked on 3 different occasions to remove my review which I think I will not do but update and change my 1 star to a a 3-4 star review. My original review is below.
My husband and I spen two hours shopping for the perfect mattress we were the only people in the store the entire time. We're told over and over that if we were unhappy we would have 120 days to exchange. Our biggest issue was the size, we were downsizing from a king to a queen, it took us less than 30 days to realize we needed to upgrade to the larger size and when I called to inquire about the exchange process was only at that time told that we could only exchange for the same size...the salesperson we talked to told us several times that we could exchange the mattress but not the base and at no time mentioned that changing the size was not an option. Im extremely frustrated with the inaccurate information we were given by the sales staff. I would not go back and do not reccomend.”
