Had an amazing experience here. I don't live in Yakima, so I was apprehensive, but this salon was incredible. I had an acrylic fill and a pedicure. It was perfection. I have very sensitive feet and had no issues with their service. Fast and friendly. 10/10 would reccomend. Will absolutely be coming again.

The nails are HIDEOUS! crooked, unsanded, no shape, no real filing too even make them look remotely pretty and natural. AND a broken nail already, W. e went in 3 days ago. We paid 70+ x3= never going back!!

Took my lady down here to get her nails done and and before we even got the service we had to leave along with many other customers 5/18/25. They were yelling at the other customers deny services instead of just explaining what they can do. Really rude and unprofessional. We decided to leave to spare ourselves the frustration and disrespect also so I didn’t get out of character. But please don’t come over here they rude and do mediocre work at best.

I went in for a gel pedicure and manicure, and the older woman doing my pedicure dug into an ingrown toenail. She ended up pulling the nail and ripping the skin and piece of nail out, which caused a lot of bleeding. It was extremely painful, and a few days later, my toe was swollen and had pus coming out of it. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other nail salon. As far as sanitary practices, I would not be 100% sure if they are using new products like nail buffers or foot files. Their towels looked so dirty too. Unfortunately, I am not coming here again.

Horrible service!! They cut me a big hole in my toenail and they kept saying it was because I had an ingrown nail when I didn’t and they still charged me for the water and for the exfoliating sugar.

We got two pedicures, one for me and one for my husband. It was a high quality pedicure except for very short massage. Really expensive compared to our usual spot in Selah ($50 for gel pedi).

They don’t respect your appointment time. They will take all the walk ins before seeing people with appointments. Never going back.

Terrible customer service, gritty polish, Nobody was in the place. But the lady rushed through and left polish on my skin. I sure didn't feel welcomed in that establishment. Same with the person who was with me. She had to go home and file her nails right. Very disappointed ? ?

They popped off my acrylics using a plastic nail. While I do appreciate their time management, the whole experience did feel rushed. They had me hopping from chair to chair the get my nails painted. I love the color but in all honesty my nails don't look professionally done. The length is uneven and on some nails the polish doesn't reach all the way down to the cuticle and on others it floods over. Now I just need to figure out how to remove gel polish when it's time so that I don't have to go back and waste my money. Super unfortunate.

I went there three days ago for a pedicure. The lady that did my toes dug so deep into my big toe and cut skin off when there was no reason to whatsoever. I have never had somebody do this to my feet. The next day, both of my toes were inflamed and swollen and infected. This is ridiculous!Service: Pedicure
