Bought a a few things to make a dog potty box like a litter box for a cat great customer service and clean store and knowledgeable staff wish they had a store in CLE elum. But I will be back again.

We found the dog pen we wanted an proceeded to check out. We had a few questions that was quickly answered by the a considerate, friendly and efficient cashier. Love shopping at Petco. Great experience!

The store is gone but their on line service is more to be desired. I ordered an item. To be picked up in the store and it got sent to my home instead along with a nice shipping charge. The billing address that they show was the address to their store. Little attention to detail.

Do not trust Petco to do anything for you or your pets, especially online. Online is the worst. I’ve tried so hard to be a loyal customer through the pandemic, through worker shortages and through product shortages, but they have broken me. I used to get my cats food on repeat delivery but they use Door Dash and they don’t care if you get your food or not. No dedication or attention to details. Not only are these my pets but their my babies, they rely on me to take care of their needs and when I can’t even get their food because of an incompetent Door Dash driver that won’t communicate and Petco allows it well I’m out. After Petco charged me $7 for a delivery fee they asked me if I could just go pick it up from the store. When I asked to be contacted by a supervisor they ignored my request. Good job Petco for making me feel non existent and not valued.

The store has a lot of what you need for any type of animals almost they sell snakes reptiles and other things as well so if these are some things that you're interested in the store is pretty cool I think you'll like it
