There are alot of super nice staff amd very helpful here but 1 lady out of them is by far the best I have worked customer service my whole life and she is the best Lesley goes above and beyond she is amazing we have adopted from there amd she remembers me and my kids every time she has helped me multiple times she cares about the customers and what they might need or going through i broke my tank for my fancy goldfish and was freaking out she had a new set up in 5 minutes for me and she's helped me with alot of questions I have had regarding my many animals I have from aquatic to free roaming bunny she's amazing the staff there are amazing allways welcoming u I won't go anywhere else

I’ve been shopping at this store for the past three years for my three dogs, and I even adopted my adult cat from this location. The regular staff has always been excellent, maintaining a positive and welcoming environment, which is why I’m so loyal to this store.
However, I’m leaving this review because of a recent disappointing experience. While I was shopping for a collar/toys with my husband and a friend, I overheard the store’s dog trainer yelling at our friend in his face to leave the store, claiming he was upsetting the animals training session. I witnessed the entire situation from the collar aisle, and I was shocked hearing her be belligerent and aggressive — he had only been standing there behind the plexiglass window for less than a minute, quietly observing. As someone who works in education, I understand the importance of minimizing disruptions, but this was an overreaction that felt completely unnecessary.
I immediately requested to speak with the manager, and the staff was courteous and quick to accommodate. When I spoke with Steven, he was thoughtful, listened carefully to our concerns, and assured us that he would address the issue with the trainer. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to take action to which I hope does occur as this should be a safe family environment.
Despite this incident, I still hold this store and its regular staff in high regard. I hope this situation is handled appropriately to ensure that the environment remains as safe, caring, and thoughtful as it has always been for both pets and customers.

Terrible groomer, I went in and specifically asked to avoid my dogs eyes (his vet shaves the matting for me) but they messed with them and made him bleed. Then proceeded to tell me he can’t leave salon with matts on his eyes which they have done a handful of times before. Would not recommend Neil and will never go back!

In order to get the advertised sale price of ANYTHING in curricular add they make you show the cashier were on this website it shows the sale price. If it's not already marked down or its not on the website the customer does not get the advertised sale price!!!
