“The service is top notch. My concern is about receiving credit for payments made on or before the 20th of the month. There is no way to see if credits were applied. Can you help with that by showing it on the billing statement? Thank you.”

We made reservations, but we input the wrong day…we arrived to pick up a trailer on the 18th. We made the error, but Jim helped us locate a trailer at a nearby U-Haul, got the reservations changed in short order!
