Very unprofessional employees Tina was very rude talking to her co workers while helping a customer talking about can’t wait till 6 o clock to leave. I don’t know why they even apply for a customer service position if they aren’t willing to help the customers the way they were hired to do so. The other employees kept on walking to the back room to hide just killing time all while there was like 12 customers standing waiting to get called. Once again very unprofessional employees

This was the first time I was in there. Stood there for a long time before I realized I had to 'sign in' to get in line. They should have it marked better. For those who aren't tech savvy or don't have a smartphone, I could see that could be very frustrating. Why not just take a number? Once I was helped, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

When you make a reservation on-line all you have to do is check in at the kiosk with your confirmation number and you’ll go straight to the front of the line. It’s worth it!

waited for nearly over a half an hour. I just had some billing concerns, nothing more. clerks were very unprofessional. clerks sound like they were having conversations with customers that were not related to customer service. clerks need to learn to answer questions, address issues in a timely matter. I work night shift now. I'm afraid to go back and having to wait a long time to address my billing issues, which are always resolved in a few minutes. clerks are very unprofessional.

Worst service I’ve received. I spoke to an employee named Yesenia and she was extremely rude. I asked her to assist me with returning equipment first she told me “why did it take you so long to return these then?” With the worst attitude then proceeded to say she didn’t care if I reached out to a supervisor to file a complaint because she was planning on quitting regardless. I am disappointed in the service she provided so unprofessional. Spectrum do better. Extremely disappointed. Reevaluate your employees.

We can be difficult customers at times and they were patient with us. We ended up saving on our package with some discounts found for our situation. Above and beyond service! Thank you Spectrum!

This place has scammed my husband and myself out $140! They signed us up for spectrum tv and denied knowing of it when we questioned in person about why it's so much. The Union gap store should be shut down and employees fired! I this happened over two times this year after I called the company seeing it on a paper bill in person. Now I'm over the 60 days dispute due to me not knowing because employees like to act d*** and denied knowing anything. F*** that store stay away from it don't even pay your bill there or you may be screwed next

Bad service called and up graded my internet service and the guy said go here and they will give me a upgrade modem and said I can bring in the old modem later as I get here the woman says I need to bring in the old modem before I can get the new one..

Busy, busy place. While there was only 2 workers and about 20 customers the ladies kept their cool and tried to help everyone as quickly as possible. When it was finally my turn the lady that helped me was so kind and friendly and gave me some helpful suggestions. All in all I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes. One suggestion would be to update the kiosk for money order payments.

WOW, what a difference. After having no internet for 1 week with our previous provider (Century Stink, the worst!!) with no explanation; I went to this store and was able to have my service up and running in less than 48 hours. So happy with them, shout out to Chris. Thank you!!!

Stacy was incredibly rude. Horrible at explaining and answering simple questions I had. When asking if there were any methods to lower my ridiculous monthly bill, her answer was to try and sell me on their mobile plan stating that she could give me higher data speeds with the package while not changing my monthly price. Whenever I asked for clarification on certain items regarding the plan, she would respond with a hostile “I already said that” or “that’s what I said”. This took place within 2-3 minutes of talking to her. As if she expected me to fully understand her choppy, horrible explanation of their plans and the minor details that quickly, and have no follow-up questions. I came in with a smiling face as I know working with customer service can be difficult and was taken off guard with her immediate argumentative attitude. It took me a minute to register her unprofessionalism, to which I had to finally respond telling her that I know what she told me and I fully understand, and I’m asking follow-up questions at a deeper level. I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve dealt with bad customer service before, hers was off the charts. Go to t-mobile. They have an excellent home internet plan. Way cheaper too. Spectrum’s $49.99 internet only plan, skyrockets to $79.99 after the first year and there’s nothing you can do about it besides cancelling service.
