Drivers do not care where they leave our packages... they used to always get our packages to OUR ADDRESS.. now they leave them anywhere and expect us to find them !!!

Delivery driver didn’t want to deliver my package so he made the excuse that my address was invalid. Called UPS support and took me 45 minutes to be able to get ahold of someone, and when I finally did they hung up on the middle of the conversation. This company had really gone downhill.

Such a bad experience with the call them ahead of time and they said you can bring your Amazon package for drop-off. But when I arrived they told me you actually have to have actual shipping label attached and packaged item.
