“Returning to the area, have had no issues accessing my PO box/mail thus far. Also, stopped in today for another request, and realized I was there a few mins before their lunch break. I suspected I may have to come back later, yet their customer service was friendly & efficient. Was in/out in less than few a minutes, with no issues.
After reading past reviews, I was a tad anxious going in, but I witnessed the customer before me receive great customer service and they followed up with me equally as kind/quick.
Bad news spreads quickly in small towns, so wanted to take a moment to balance out what others customers have experienced.”
“Big thanks to the clerk working today, I believe his name is Sean but I'm not positive. Either way, I ordered a record that was marked delivered but never showed up and I was stressed because it was a limited release and wouldn't be able get another copy. He was able to track down what happened to it and I had it within an hour or two. I really appreciate it!!”
