I dropped off some packages at the desk on Sept 10th before closing time, the lady at the desk with blonde hair was sooo kind and made my day after work bright again. She needs a raise!!

Submitted change of address and poa as required by usps. Was told it was in effect immediately. 7 days later, no mail received at new address. Called service center and was told no request for mail change was in the system. My bills may now be charged a late fee due to the usps person not doing her job! This po is a 90 mile drive from me.

OH MY GOD just received an order of 2 boxes of shoes for my granddaughters. But this mail carrier shoved and I mean musta spent 5 mins shoving these in our mail box which had to be taken off the post and brought to the house to be cut out! We’ve NEVER had an issue with any mail carrier in 12 years at Alderbrook. But this day instead of driving to the house which is within walking distance to deliver on the porch, we are home, he spent much more time shoving my package in the box!! Luckily nothing was really damaged, a slight indent in one shoe, but I’m very upset over this! Now a quick call to the office to vent…….

The customer service I've received at this particular location has always been decent. Even when there's been issues, it typically hasn't been the fault of the employees, rather the bureaucratic mess that is the USPS overall.

Twice mail carrier claims to stop by house, and no one was home. Funny both times, wife, daughter, son, and I were home, but no came to door. 3 Dogs included hear vehicles entering the driveway and start barking. Yet, no one entered my property....

This is the best post office I have ever experienced. The staff is friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure that our mail is safe, sent economically, and delivered correctly.
