Went in today to take my cat in and was immediately greeted by tyler. He was very kind and fun to interact with. I was put in a room quick and dr Emily was very nice. I recommend this place 100% I will be bringing all my animals in from now on.

I have two young cats and I really like this place. Their vets and vet techs are friendly and professional and great at their job. It’s easy to get an appointment for an urgent need.

Very pro pet and supportive. They understood we had to ration out our cat's treatments because we were facing end of life treatments for her brother.

Okay the staff, so nice and so sweet! I had such a fun chat, and felt so welcome. I brought in my fosters(they work with the foster organization, what a plus) and picked them up only a couple hours later. They feel so much better, and I am so grateful. Thanks for making sure these babies are well taken care of!

We've been a couple of times for emergency treatments. Both times, the vets were able to get us in for same day appointments. Their reception team is incredibly kind and approachable, and all of the vets we've met with so far have been very kind.
Costs were somewhat steep for medications, but it was all pretty standard prices for veterinary care. I don't think one could reasonably expect to find any cheaper alternative with the same quality of facilities and staff.
During our last visit, one of my cats has to be put down. He had been getting treatment for four days with his condition worsening, and it was the most humane option by that point. It can't be put into words how supportive and caring the staff were with his situation. They went above and beyond any expectations we'd had, and I will always be grateful for that.
Thanks again to the staff here at Animal Care Clinic for all their help with Mangerine. I feel safer as a pet owner knowing that, if anything were to happen to one of my other cats, I could come back and receive the same level of care and kindness for either of them.

I am writing this review as a former employee and a now current client.
I manage one of the largest dog daycare facilities in Tacoma. This clinic is where I refer all of my clients and friends. If you are looking for the best care possible this is the place to go. Unfortunately, one of our smaller dogs in our care had what I suspected was a fracture. The Mr & Mrs Dr. Hoots got her in fairly quickly, gave her pain management, and stayed in contact with myself as well as the dogs owners. After receiving approval from the dogs owner, they were able to repair her fracture the same day.
In addition, my 7 year old German Shepherd, Max, was continuously throwing up and refusing to eat. I gave them a call first thing in the morning. Most vets would turn you away to an ER, they said “Can you bring him now?”. Max had to stay overnight because he ended up needing a splenectomy. They made sure to send me pictures of him to ease my mind.
As a former employee, I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. This is the best clinic that I have worked for and I will never forget my experience with them. The entire staff are genuine animal lovers. They are kind, supportive, and thoughtful. They take amazing care of every animal that steps into their facility. Thank You Mr & Mrs Dr Hoots, Dr. Driscoll, and Dr. Pietrowicz for making my experience there memorable!

This team of veterinary professionals is exceptional. We followed Dr. Driscoll to this clinic from another clinic as she does Acupuncture on one of our dogs and we absolutely love this team. They are technical, caring, compassionate, and love our animals like their own. We have plenty of clinics much closer to us but the care they give is worth the travel to their clinic. These people work so hard and we are so grateful for everything they do.
