This agency used to be on top of things and we never had problems with this place until it lost its best staff member who knew what she was doing. Now they are consistently inconsistent. The latest and greatest screw up though is the reason I'm leaving a review! I have had business insurance through them for my cleaning company for two years and all of a sudden they stopped sending me the monthly emails regarding my bill and in fact i hadn’t received any email communication since last December regarding my account. Then out of nowhere i get a letter from a collection agency stating that my recent bill was sent to them even though I'm on automatic payments. Needless to say i called these people just for them to tell me that my business insurance was canceled by their regional office even though I never received a cancellation notice of any kind by either mail or email and i check both regularly. Since i was supposed to be signed up for paperless like both my car insurance accounts this never should have happened! Do not got through this office or state farm in general as they like to screw over their clients and mess with your credit! Barry you should be ashamed of yourself and the way you run your agency! If this is how you care for your clients its a small wonder that this place is going downhill after you lost Diane! If i didn’t just want this farce to be over with i would be reaching out to my lawyer for advice as ive now been doing business for over a month without insurance and didnt even know!!! My family will be canceling all other policies with state farm once i have new ones in place elsewhere.

Ive now worked with Barry personally a handful of times and satisfied is the wrong word, he’s been a delight to work with. It should be comfort you knowing he’s whose running things for who he is as a person and how that bleeds into his work

Started out great and helpful but mismanaged my aunt’s life insurance claim. Left doesn’t know what the right is doing in this office. I ask that the agency not respond to this message because I have already heard what you have to say. Just let me say what I need to say here as a warning to your current and potential customers. Find a different agent and consider one that does not represent State Farm.

Since Dianne Raymond left the company Barry grimmet new agent will never return my calls and it’s been over a year. I’ve never had the pleasure of speaking to him and I have canceled my insurance. For all you military folks USAA is the best customer service oriented company!

I've been trying to cancel my subscription and am still getting charged. I moved out a year ago.... No customer care at all. Find someone else to work with for your insurance.
