First time ever at Brassfield’s and it was amazing! I booked my facial with Arieonna and she was lovely, I was so relaxed and would definitely go back. I loved that we talked and she helped me feel comfortable especially while being pregnant. The environment and vibe was perfect :)

Arieonna did my glow facial, and it was one of the nicest, most luxurious things I've ever experienced. You have to go get a facial! Like at least once or twice a month, you gotta treat yourself to something wonderful like this. My skin looked so refreshed after, and it even lightened some dark spots/sun spots I've gotten as I've gotten older. Izzy did a great job with my hair, and I had the best scalp massage; it made my headache go away! I went out to lunch after and I gelt sp cute and pretty with the lovely loose curls she crafted. Also, both ladies were so nice! Brassfields was definitely one of the nicest things I've ever experienced, and I'm excited to go back!
Just don't get so blissed out that you wander out into the day, completely forgetting to tip! I am so embarrassed I did that. Such a space cadet. But that was the power of the facial/massage/shampoo/style/scalp massage session. You'll forgot your troubles. You'll forget your name. Just don't forget to tip the awesome ladies!

I had an incredible experience getting my hair done by JAIR at Brassfields. I went from a very warm red to the exact shade of light golden blonde I was hoping for—and I couldn’t be happier with the results! His expertise with color is truly next level. Most stylists struggle to get this kind of transformation right, but he nailed it flawlessly. He was also so precise and thorough with the foils—something that really sets him apart.
Beyond his talent, he’s genuinely kind and took the time to recommend products that are perfect for my hair, with clear explanations of why they’d help. I left feeling confident, cared for, and educated.
Highly recommend booking with him—he’s an absolute asset to Brassfields and honestly should be teaching color classes. He’s that good!

Izzy is absolutely amazing! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel totally comfortable and heard. She took her time really listening to what I wanted and patiently answered all my questions—which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed or brushed off. She struck the perfect balance of being friendly and easy to talk to, while also knowing when to just let me sit back and relax. I left feeling not only happy with my hair but also genuinely cared for. Can’t recommend her enough!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I’m honestly really upset with how my hair turned out — especially for $130 (with toning). I showed a clear reference photo and asked for something similar, just adjusted to my length, and what I got looks nothing like it. The layers are so uneven, especially around the face, and it’s not something I can even hide by wearing my hair up because the choppy bits just stick out.
I was hoping for something flattering and fresh, but instead it feels like a mess I now have to figure out how to fix, and I don’t even know if that’s possible without cutting off a lot more length, which I didn’t want to do. I left the salon feeling way worse than when I came in. For the price and the outcome, I really can’t recommend this place. I’ve attached my haircut and the inspiration picture

Got one of the best haircuts of my life with Izzy! She took the time to understand what I wanted and did the absolute best job with taking my tired hair into a dreamy French bob. Highly recommend!

When you walk in the door, you’re greeted by knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff. They are always willing to help you with a smile on their face.
My daughter sees Kiley for cut and color. She does a wonderful job. I’ve seen Robby for many years. He does a fantastic job. He is often training associates, as they work along side of him. It is nice to feel welcomed by them, and see them as they progress and learn.
The spa is beautiful and very relaxing.
I HIGHLY recommend Brassfields! From start to finish the experience is enjoyable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately was not very pleased with my experienced. I wanted a perm, receptionist told me I needed consulting first. I asked if I could do the perm right after the consulting. They said yes. Got there and it took 5 minutes for consulting and said I needed to book for the perm appointment. Another thing, my perm ended up falling out and is quite flat, I have never had this happen. Called and asked if they could coil maybe once more in a specific spot. They said yes and free of charge. I got there and they told me they weren’t allowed to do that to me, they had just put product in my hair and said it was because of my hair type. Overall, nice people. But I think communication needs to be worked on with the managers and the receptionist.

During our first session, I was impressed by her remarkable ability to identify and address areas of tension and imbalance. This focused approach has significantly improved my quality of life by alleviating my post-operative pain, as well as addressing issues related to my military profession and sports injuries.

Chrissa did a fantastic job coloring my daughter’s hair. She listened and gave her exactly what she wanted. I was so impressed I booked an appointment for a haircut for myself. I have never left a salon feeling so beautiful. She gave me a great haircut and showed me how to style my hair. My mother came to visit and was impressed with my hair and we booked her an appointment to get her hair cut! Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Love, love, love, this salon! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Kayleigh is super sweet and made sure I was comfortable, answered any questions I had, and really understood what I was looking for.
