“The staff in the iffice were very friendly and provided very good customer service. The car (a Mitsubishi Outlander) was clean and a pretty red color, but disappointing; but I also am aware that I didn't pay for a top-level vehicle. However, It's been a long time since I had to actually push a key into an ignition---that made the car feel quite outdated. Plus, it had no nav system or interface to show nav system from phone; additionally, the screen was difficult to read. The car drives well enough and gets good gas mileage, but is very lightweight. I didn't feel overly safe in it (especially after just having my car totaled). So I had extenuating circumstances.”

“This is a really decent place to rent a car! If your looking for something affordable for a short trip this is great! Azar is very friendly and will help you get into the vehicle you are looking for, but mind you these are used vehicles but they still work perfectly and fine and will get you to where you need to go! Azar was so helpful and knowledgeable, he even explained to me the rates and deposit which was $150, not bad compared to other places of deposits being at $200. Great money saver! I will rent from here again.”
“Whoa. My experience was the exact opposite of everyone else's: easy online reservation, pickup was quick and easy, and they offered to keep my car in the back lot in case I needed the rental overnight. Crystal was an absolute gem. My only issue was a hand truck not being included (I forgot to double check), but the charge was removed once they were notified.”

“My husband and I used this service to get to an appointment in Tacoma. Our driver Abdul was wonderful! He got us there quick and safe and was very accommodating when we weren’t sure what time we would be done. He was very pleasant and we had some very nice conversations. I’m trying to convince them to expand their service area to include the Olympic Peninsula, I think they would do well there.
