Apart from them never have available reps. When you do have an appointment, be ready to spend more than an hour and be told it's not enough time for your issue and you should come back.

Wish I could give 0 stars. If you want to go to a bank, wait in line for 10 minutes only to be told "theres not a banker here right now." and that "it will take ATLEAST an hour to open a checking account" then this is your bank! Otherwise, head elsewhere!

They have always assisted or fixed any issue I've had. Go to the banker at the desk not the people at the window though..

Came here today to exchange quarters and the woman behind the counter was incredibly snobbish and rude. She provided a couple rolls since I hadn't realized I'd need them if the total was over $10. I ended up having to recount them since the total didn't match up to what I thought I initially had and this is when she became impatient. There was like one person in line in the drive thru and no one inside but she made me feel as if I was holding up all her time. As I was leaving, I thanked her for her patience and she just completely ignored me. Sorry that you had to do your job for all of 3 minutes, lady. Along with all the other horror stories about Chase, I'm sooo happy I don't actually bank here. I'll never be returning.

I have been going to this branch for 3 years. Went in with a expired license because i lost my wallet and had to use my last id just once before i get my new id. Would not help me out and were very rude about it when i was in a tough spot. I go to this branch twice a month to transfer funds. Feels great to get turned away from your own bank branch. Thanks for the help.
