I purchased the basic car wash ($12) and it was meh. I still had dirt and bugs everywhere on my Jeep. However, I'm not upset with the wash, but the vacuums. The vacuum I pulled up to said $1 in coins. It did not mention any value for a card. I still inserted my card because I needed to vacuum. The vacuum lasted maybe a minute or two before shutting off. I inserted my card several times before giving up because I had no idea how much it was charging. After looking at my bank account today, it charged $15 and $6 for a total of $21 to vacuum. Are you kidding me?! I wasn't even able to vacuum my whole car because it kept shutting off. What a joke.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Classy Chassis Touch-Free & Express Self-Service Wash and I couldn't be happier to give them a 5-star review! The vacuums at this place are top-notch - they really get the job done, leaving my car interior looking spotless. Not only that, but their vending machine is a pleasant surprise, stocked with air fresheners, rags, and other essentials to make your car shine and smell fresh. It's a one-stop shop for car care. And let's talk about the wash itself – it's nothing short of perfection. My car came out looking as good as new. The touch-free and express self-service options make it a breeze to get a sparkling clean vehicle without any hassle. I highly recommend Classy Chassis for a fantastic car wash experience!

It's actually as bad as people say. It's absolutely filthy (don't touch the vacuum handles) and I was shocked at how much they charge to vacuum your car plus all of the other ridiculous addons you need to pay for. I would consider going elsewhere, especially when you think about how most other car washes give you a vacuum for free, and most likely are much cleaner (since there's actual people there). It's clear they don't maintain this car wash, I would not recommend.P.S., my car did not come out completely clean. Around the mirrors and other areas were still dirty (and my car wasn't that bad to begin with).

It's a generic car wash, not extra nice or anything but they do have a touch less car wash that I do use for my polished car if I have to use it. It does an ok job, I guess what you'd expect from touch less. Drive into the stall slowly to get better coverage on tires and wheels, drive out slow for fan but take a towel if u are particular. You have to wait to pay until nearly the previous car wash is completed so u have to wait at the kiosk it's confusing imho

My go-to for touchless! Fits our 7ft tall Nissan NV Passenger van and is always operating well. Sometimes the line can be a few cars but I just use the extra time to clean out our garbage.

I'm not too happy with this car wash. I wanted to go to a car wash where the brushes didn't touch my car. I paid $21 (I also added the ceramic protectant) for the car wash, which I know isn't the most expensive wash, but my car should still look clean afterwards. I went to the one in Fircrest. When I looked at my car after the wash, it still looked dirty. Also, it's supposed to be spot free and it wasn't. I will not be wasting my money there again. It's really too bad because it's a great concept.

The basic wash was $11. My car was very dirty and covered with pollen. The basic wash selection did a great job cleaning my vehicle.I did not give a 5⭐️ rating because the basic wash did not get the yellow bee pollen spots off my vehicle.

Used the touchless wash. I have used these in the past and felt pretty happy with the result(the one on Sprague). This touchless wash pretty much left my vehicle looking worse than when I entered. It was very spotty with a lot of the dirt still left on the vehicle. I ended up washing it at home immediately afterwards. Don't bother with this wash!

I do enjoy using their touchless car washes. But when it doesn't work and takes them 4 months to give u a refund that's annoying. But thank you for finally giving me back my money.

Very hard to figure out where to pay for a touchless wash. Once there it refused my card as well as cash-even with multiple attempts using different cards. Gave up and went somewhere else. Not recommended.

Everything needs maintenance especially vacuums. Touch less wash is convenient but won't wash off bird droppings and mud. Probably needs a new location too

I use this location 4 times a week in the summer and once a week in winter . I use the brushless 80 % of the time . The guy who service's this place and he does most or all of there location s is a hard worker ,keeps the place very clean and I think he needs a raise ,and to the owner the timer on air blower in brushless needs 20 more seconds on the clock thank you ! I spend $20 per visit . Sometimes 4 times a week I love this place I try to send friends and strangers to that wash thank you Classy Chassis!!!

Prices just went up. Paid $16 for the full package and it doesn't even wash tires/wheels at all. Ridiculous.
