Love this spot. Found this place when I went to do my nails. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is amazing!!! The drinks and food are fantastic too!!

First time here so I can only speak to the particular barista that was there at the time. I ordered a hot milk-based espresso drink. Definitely need either some additional training, or just care put into the drinks. Really sloppily made. Milk foam was terrible, rough with huge inconsistent bubbles, drink was way too hot (milk shouldn't be heated over 150 degrees max but it burned my mouth instantly), and was asked directly if I wanted to leave a tip and how much, which was really off-putting and awkward. Maybe I'll go back for a pastry, but not coffee.

After reading online that they were open until 7pm, my family arrived at 10 minutes til 5pm to see this sign on the door and then told by the staff inside that they actually closed at 5pm. All we got from Classic Coffee was disappointed kids who’d been hoping for cocoa.

Weird experience in the drive thru. We went here in person before and although it took forever (don’t blame the barista— she was the only person working even though we saw someone come to the front briefly but didn’t offer to help her idk why) I wanted to give this place another shot and figured drive thru would be quicker. Anyway so today we went through the drive thru and ordered 3 hot chocolate’s and the barista (idk if it’s the same one from a couple weeks ago) asked “and will you be leaving a tip today?” Okay… awkward to put us on the spot like that so we said sure and then she asked how much. We left a $5 tip and I told my husband “oh that was awkward, I prefer the iPad method if anything.” And he said “I’m not sure why she even asked since they have a tip jar in the window that I could have left a tip in.” I think it just makes for a very uncomfortable interaction. I don’t ever tip in the drive thru at any establishment and now I’ll probably be avoiding this place. I normally tip 20% but this is one of those “tipping culture is getting out of hand” situations. We even noted that the menu items seemed expensive during our first trip here but I assumed it was because they paid their barista’s well.

I drive the past this place often so I figured I’d give it a try. When I tell you I was not impressed, I’m being nice. It was so underwhelming. I paid $10 for a couple slices of turkey on bread. It was awkward and not very welcoming. For this little sandwich I waited probably 10-12 minutes after ordering which is understandable if they’re making it fresh but it’s a frozen sandwich they just warm up.

The stores small and quaint with a charming atmosphere, a good amount of comfy seating for its size, and even a drive through for when you're on the go!The food and coffee was also good, although for the price it cost it lacked anything that really set it apart from other coffee shops.

I don't know what this review will accomplish, but I needed you to be aware of the current customer service provided in your establishment and state that we have been unsatisfied with this particular employee's performance towards us. The new barista's attitude has been poor with ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ENCOUNTER WE HAD WITH HER at the drive through for the past two or three weeks.Been coming here for over a year now, almost everyday since relocating to this area. It's convenient because it is only a 2 minute walk to get decent coffee. It's not the best, but it works when I have no time to make it on my own before work. I order the same drinks every single time and for some odd reason, pricing is always different, plus no receipt offered or given, so I cannot verify what's being charged. I think I am too nice, because there has been more than a handful of times when our order is wrong or just taste completely different from the last order. I don't have time to get down and complain about coffee at a drive-thru, hence the reason for a drive-thru. Normally, we'd just brush off the mistake and just drink the darn thing that we paid for. BUT this new barista really got to me because I had to humble myself and bite my tongue to avoid giving her the lashing that she probably deserved at the moment. Not only was our order wrong...AGAIN, but she was also RUDE yet AGAIN! So... instead I sent an email this morning explaining exactly what happened, so I won't go into more detail here. Since I have gotten no response back, I am now sending in this review in hopes I could get a response then.I think she should just be moved to handle in-house customers and removed from the drive-thru... OR... get better training with customer service and coffee making. Thank you!

They make a nice latte and the beans they stock for grinding at home are excellent. The ladies behind the bar have good energy and will happily fix something if you aren't happy with it. Drink costs are a little high but I'm only by every other week so I can live with it. There are a bunch of painting and photo prints from local artists for sale on the walls too!

Coffee's fine. Menu is a little limited. Most of the power outlets don't support a laptop charger, which sucks. My main issue is that the scene is mostly cops and guys in their 50s wearing thin blue line and punisher shirts. Take from that what you will, but its not a place I'd frequent.
