Fred Meyer Pharmacy in University Place is a clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked store offering a great selection of everything from groceries, clothes, and home goods to ready-to-eat food. The pharmacy itself is staffed by very professional, nice, and accommodating people dedicated to helping customers lead a healthier life. They provide vaccinations like flu shots, dispense medications, and offer clinical services with great communication, often having medications in stock when others are out. The store features convenient self-checkout stands and typically short lines, with affordable prices and great weekly sales. However, some customers report growing inconveniences. There is frequently no cell service and the store's Wi-Fi often does not work, making it very difficult or impossible to use the store app to load coupons and deals while shopping. Some popular sale items are often out of stock with no rain checks offered. Additionally, while service used to be great, some bagging has recently been careless, resulting in damaged produce, cracked eggs, and squished groceries like bread, leading some to switch solely to self-checkout. Despite these issues, many find it a friendly, familiar, and pleasant go-to store with a good parking situation.

Clinical, and set up to be super efficient. As with most Fred Meyer's buildings, it was hard to find the right entrance to get to the pharmacy. But I guessed right and was in and out inside of 5 mins.

Poor customer service. The pharmacist and staff just seem like they hate their job, so I took my business elsewhere. I felt that another place would be more trustworthy and reliable.
